The The company has built a full-chain R&D system integrating "product R&D - process innovation - experimental verification - standard formulation," and owns two major innovation platforms: Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute and Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. It has jointly established an industry-academia-research collaborative innovation base with Zhejiang University of Technology. Through the joint R&D  model of "enterprise as the main body + university empowerment," it has implemented a total of over 20 scientific and technological projects at or above the provincial level in the past three years, generating more than 40 independent intellectual property achievements. The relevant technologies have been appraised as reaching the domestically leading level .

As a national high-tech enterprise, the company has always maintained high-intensity R&D investment, with annual R&D expenditure exceeding 30 million yuan, and the proportion of R&D investment has remained above 4% for three consecutive years. It has successfully developed an industry-disruptive production technology for plant-based polyurethane foam materials, which has filled the domestic gap and replaced imported products. Relevant products have obtained USDA certification, and their technical indicators lead the industry. Currently, the company is actively participating in the formulation of national standards, industry standards, and group standards, with the patent layout for core technologies covering countries and regions such as Japan and the United States.

Diatomite filters PM2.5 while enhancing oxygen flow; REFRESH® delivers breathable, washable bedding, solving heat/moisture issues of past products. Our tech-enhanced bedding brings comfort and health to homes worldwide.

Huanxi Foam

Through molecular structure optimization and surface treatment, this material achieves superior wash resistance (withstanding more than 20 machine washes). Post-wash drying reveals zero swelling, deformation, or performance degradation while retaining polyurethane’s elasticity, tensile strength, and breathability for repeated use. Ideal for home cushioning applications such as mattresses and pillows.

Skin-Friendly Foam

Polyurethane modified via specialized processing delivers a texture of extreme softness and delicacy, mimicking human skin. Combined with breathability, antibacterial and anti-mite properties, it minimizes skin irritation and enhances comfort. Widely adopted in maternity/baby products and home furnishings.

Hi-Flo®

Patented microporous structural design imparts high breathability, where the unique pore configuration facilitates rapid moisture wicking to reduce stuffiness. Suitable for mattress, pillow, and seat cushion applications.

Yike Foam

Synthesized from renewable biomass (e.g., vegetable oils, starch, cellulose) as polyol feedstocks, it replaces petroleum-based inputs with low-carbon, biodegradable, and low-toxicity advantages. Featuring a tunable molecular structure, it merges traditional polyurethane’s mechanical excellence with bio-based materials’ eco-friendliness. Applicable to home cushioning, vehicle seats, and medical materials—aligning with circular economy and carbon neutrality goals.

Smooth Core Foam

A composite structure enables dynamic sliding motion and slow rebound. The surface layer’s low friction coefficient and microporous drainage channels allow gradual internal cell deformation under pressure, dispersing stress and absorbing sliding impacts, alongside antibacterial/antistatic functions. Optimized for smart mattresses, rehabilitation devices, esports seats, and industrial dampers.

Thermo-Smart Foam

Derived from NASA seat material technology—utilizes high-density formulations and microcellular foam structures to achieve temperature-sensitive contouring (softening upon body contact for personalized fitting) and uniform pressure redistribution. Its gas-retentive cell architecture minimizes dissipation while delivering dual-performance slow rebound and dynamic support, precision-engineered for premium mattresses, medical orthopedic braces, and aerospace seating to meet rigorous ergonomic demands.

Green Cloud Foam

Employing China’s leading CO₂ foaming technology (replacing methylene chloride), it forms uniformly distributed micro-cells with minimized diameter for efficient foaming.
